Cole slaw is an exotic and delish white food. It’s like their staple food. It’s great! The term comes from Dutch (That’s a different tribe of white people). It’s made mostly from cabbage, and an exciting array of other ingredients like mayonnaise and buttermilk and some whites even add apples, onions, and radishes!
There are surprising health benefits as well!! Studies show that cabbage reduces the risks of cancer! However consuming too much can be bad since mayonnaise since it’s very caloric and can cause weight gain.
It is sold in some white-specialty supermarkets, but by making your own cole slaw, you can guarantee that all the ingredients in the dish are nutritious and healthy!
I have made cole slaw numbers of time.Each time I have made it, I have modified the original recipe to make it less bland, and finally I came up with my version of the recipe which is quite exquisite. Bon Appétit!! (that’s French, ANOTHER tribe of whites!)
